Representatives of the leading legal companies of Ukraine, enterprises of transport-forwarding branch engaged by legal maintenance, legal advisers of the enterprises – members of Association of the international forwarding agents of Ukraine (АМЭУ) and the insurance companies which activity, among other, is directed on realization of insurance of cargoes and the responsibility of forwarding agents and carriers on March, 16th с.г. Have gathered in a to Odessa on a public meeting of Legal Advice(Council) AMEU.
The basic purpose of the given session became expansion of a circle of experts – members of Legal Advice(Council) and increase of efficiency of its(his) activity. Gathered have defined(determined) a circle of problems(tasks) which face to Legal Advice(Council), and the status of the structure in view of dynamical development of branch as a whole and changes of the legislation adjusting(regulating) правоотношения at fulfilment of transport-forwarding activity, in particular. By virtue of what members of Advice(Council) generate new edition of Regulations about Legal Advice(Council) AMEU.
The basic concept of Advice(Council) is its(his) participation in resolution of problems of branch (preparation and discussion of projects of нормативно-legal certificates(acts) of the state and references(manipulations) АМЭУ to the central authorities) and formation of a legal position of the separate enterprise – member АМЭУ – at occurrence of economic disputes or in cases of occurrence of disputed situations with authorities at fulfilment of transport-forwarding activity. The mortgage of successful realization of the problems(tasks) put before Legal Advice(Council) AMEU by the Association, is the judiciary practice of all members of Legal Advice(Council) saved up(saved) during work in many branches of the right, and also constant monitoring of the legislation in which realization each lawyer-professional is engaged.

Since January, 1st, 2007 Ministry of Transport of Ukraine has entered discounts to limiting accord rates of a payment for performance of cargo handling works with transit cargoes in ports of Ukraine.
